The Vetting & Barring Scheme

Many organisations were preparing for the implementation of the ISA Vetting & Barring Scheme which was to take effect from July 2010. However, following the change of government, The Home Office is currently reviewing the scheme and considering a more common sense approach.

As yet, the Home Office have not provided the CRB or the ISA with additional information or guidance relating to its implementation. Once the Home Office determine the best course of action and how the scheme will be introduced, CBS will update all clients through the usual method of communication and newsletters.
